Result-Entry

Result-Entry can be done by hand or by using the integrated Online-Interface. With the help of the QBE-Dialog (Query by Example), many different kind of Search-Criteria are available to select the Data. Here are only some examples:

• All Methods for Samples that should be done by a special person
• All Methods for one Sample
• All Samples for a given Time-Window
• All open Requests for one Method
• All Requests or Results for Sampleswith a special Master-Data Content

The following functions are available in Result-Entry:

• Master-Data-Overview
• Audit-Trail-Overview for each Result
• Comments to a Sample can be viewed or entered
• Comments to a single Result can be viewed or entered
• Viewing of a Chart for the last Results of one method
• Viewing of the SOP-Definition

Result-Validation and Sample-Release

Three different kinds of Result-Validation are available:

• automatically, without considering the Out-of-Limit Situation
  (in this case the results will be validated when they are entered by the analyst) 
• automatically, regarding the upper and lower Limits
  (only Results within the defined Limits will be validated)
• manual Result-Validation
  (all the Results will be checked and manually validated by a special person)

Reports and Statistics

The win/Level-LIMS Tables are fully accessable by the user. So it's possible to access the data using external Windows-Programs (Text-Processing, Tabelecalculation, Graphic-Applications ect.) to produce Listings,Certificates,Statistics ect.
